This note is in accordance with article 13 of the personal data protection code (D. Lgs. 196/2003) and it is addressed to anyone who interacts with both the Italian version of the website (www.iaki.it) and the English one (www.iaki.com).
The data controller in charge of the data treatment is : IAKI s.r.l., Via Pietro Panzeri, 10, 20123 Milano – MI.
Data are gathered through the IAKI web server, located in Milano at the ITnet s.r.l datacenter in Via Ortles, 70 and they are treated by employees belonging to the company only.
Potential clients data (e.g. data gathered from contact forms) are treated by IAKI Marketing department. Whereas anonymous data or visits to the website are treated by IAKI Digital department.
The treatment takes place mainly through IT tools; specific procedures to avoid any loss of data as well as unauthorized accesses and incorrect use of gathered info are taken.
Personal data will not be given to third parties. Anonymous navigation data are registered not only on IAKI database but also on the database used by Google Analytics by Google Inc.
Treated data are:
- navigation data used anonymously and for statistics purposes only (IP address, S.O., type and browser version, screen resolution, URI address of contents downloaded from the website, time of the request, result of the request and used protocol). The tool used for gathering and analyzing the data is Google Analytics. Data are partially registered on the web server log files too.
- Cookies used to guarantee the correct functioning of the CMS platform (WordPress) and to enhance the navigation of visitors on the website (e.g. to avoid any repetition of messages).
- Data given voluntarily by users and uploaded on the commercial contact form and on the newsletter contact form sent periodically to registered users (name, surname, company and email address).
Apart from navigation data, automatically gathered by the system, the provision of personal data is facultative. However, if you do not provide the requested data your request may not be satisfied.
Users rights:
owners of personal data have the right to ask for confirmation of the existence of the mentioned data, to know their content and their origin, to check their precision, to ask for integrations or to rectify them at anytime (art. 7 of d.lg. n. 196/2003).
In accordance with the same article, users have the right to ask to delete the data, to modify them anonimously or to block the data treated in case of law violation, as well as to not allow the data processing in case of legitimate motivations. Requests must be posted to:
