We’re looking for the following qualities in people who want to work with us: commitment, talent, and experience. If it’s your first job, it’s enough to have two out of the three.
- Commitment. The reason why this is important is that this work takes passion. We already have a lot of it here, but you’ll have to keep up.
- Talent. Talent is always important because we always aspire to do great things, and talent helps you think big.
- Experience. Experience is the glue that holds it all together. It’s the mix of skills, readiness, and tenacity that allows you to keep everything under control and never step back until you reach the end of a project. If you’re young and have no experience, know that here we do, starting with our ABC’s: ambition, being sensible and character.
Working at IAKI also means learning from others: no matter what your level of experience, there will always be someone to learn from, with skills and expertise that differs from your own.
