FATA Assicurazioni – 7 years incentive for the salesforce

The relationship between IAKI and FATA Insurance celebrates the seventh year thanks to an effective incentive program that consists of a web portal and a special competition.
We asked Sandro Marchetti, CEO of IAKI, to explain the strategy of the project and the success of this multi-year partnership.

Why was FATAWeb born?

This portal with restricted access was born seven years ago to promote the sales network and FATA’s Damages and Life sectors, and to support the digital identity of the company in respect of its sales force. IAKI took care of the web design and usability, providing parts to develop according to the needs of the various incentive projects and related initiatives.

What’s FATAzione VITA 2010?

It is an incentive project dedicated to Life sector. IAKI developed from scratch a fully customized promotional system that combines different skills: contests management, software development, web design and mobile marketing.

How does it work?

FATAzione Life 2010 rewards FATA salesforce based on the business results they get. Each subagent accesses FATAWeb and inserts his/her production data. Each product sold corresponds to a score. Everyone can see the thresholds and rankings points to get an overview of their work and compare it with the results of their colleagues. Thanks to the thresholds established by the sales incentive competition, sub-agents see their distance from the awards. You can also receive updates via e-mail and SMS alerting, by joining the system. Over the years, the mobile marketing designed for FATA has become more and more complex, in line with the development of projects related to the portal.

What’re the portal peculiarities?

The strength of this project is the work of the software: the combination of data-related production with the incentive itself, FATAWeb draws graphs and statistics. This information are useful for the company to have a clear picture of the campaign and serve the salesforce to check their results. The rankings are an additional tool to always have clear goals to achieve. Finally the alerting systems, news and info help keep vigilant and contact between the company and the network.

What are the advantages for FATA?

The structure and availability of the data in almost real time, with statistics and charts, provides a detailed picture of the promotional campaign for all the parties involved. Perfected over the years, the portal has become a functional and flexible tool that has allowed the company to strengthen its digital identity in relation to the commercial network.
